PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our FR tray erector is driven by servo-motors for extraction, transfer and forming. It can handle both low-sided trays and trays with lids (single wall, double wall or micro-flute). It is a high-speed machine that also allows quick and easy format changeovers.

All operations are positively controlled. Speeds of up to 38 trays/min. are achievable, while tray squaring is guaranteed. Product and case size ranges are available on request. Options include strong/thick cardboard handling, and a high-speed version (F295) is available for speeds of up to 50 trays/min.

  • Forming of the tray by the action of a vertical ram through a die, calibrated and adjusted to the format.
  • Pressure applied to the tray simultaneously by lateral guides in the die.
  • Positive extraction of the tray from the die by an articulated lower arm.
  • Transfer and outfeed of the tray on a motorized conveyor.
