Our program is designed to challenge and grow your skills to become a strong professional and a key asset within our company. From day 1 you will be delivering results as a true team member and hold a real position. Your manager will plan the specific content of your program and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Sidel and experience a network of colleagues all over the world.

A 18 months rotational program for Engineers and Technical Graduates (either newly graduated /up to 2 years work experience) providing a flexible career path with accelerated opportunities to develop experience, knowledge and skills in all the main areas of the organization.
A 12 months rotational program for Technically Educated talents (up to 2 years work experience) to develop experience, knowledge and skills to lead in a field job in an accelerated way.
