Your Opportunity
Drive suppliers on the continuous improvement journey;
Foster the growth of the Supplier main industrial operation processes and know how in order to achieve higher suppliers performance levels:
Ensure proper qualification of new suppliers and continuously monitor performance of suppliers via Balanced Score Cards;
Drive the APQP/PPAP creation by the supplier and confirm its validation within the Sidel new supply qualification process
Your Mission
- Foster the growth of the Supplier main
industrial operation processes and know how in order to achieve higher
suppliers performance levels:
In the manufacturing, assembly and
final testing areas
In the logistic flows and warehouses
In the safety, quality and environment systems development - Drive suppliers on the continuous improvement journey, through:
- Methods and competence gaps identification,
- Teaching and coaching the supplier resources,
- Consolidating best practices trough "on the job" assistance at
supplier site.
- Ensure proper qualification of new suppliers and continuously monitor
performance of suppliers via balanced score cards
- Drive the APQP/PPAP creation by the supplier and confirm its validation within
the Sidel new supply qualification process
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years in Supplier Quality
Assurance and
- Performance Development in an international
- Manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or aerospace
- Polyvalence in the career path covering
- Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Quality Assurance roles
- Successful track record of developing poor performance supplier to a company standard
- Proven application skills in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in several
companies differentiated both in term of size, family owned to
multinationals, and with different manufacturing structures, from process
industries to Engineering to Order businesses.
- Master Degree or equivalent
- University degree in Engineering with additional quality certificates (i.e.
TS16949)
- Proven Lean / WCM /6 Sigma proficiency training programs (Lean Accademy, 6
Sigma Black/Green Belt)
- French & English (Proficiency Level)
- Fluency in Italian and/or Chinese is a plus
