Your Opportunity
Sidel is looking for a new Project Manager (PM) based in UK to drive day to day operations either in pre-contracting and in execution.
PM will be responsible to negotiate together with Sales the most suitable technical solution for our customers and to ensure that deliverables in execution are being achieved on time, at the expected costs and matching with main stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Your Mission
- Understand customer needs
- Prepare and present budget quotation and commercial offer in collaboration with Sales
- Revise final offer with Sales team, applying price and discount strategy
- Prepare contract with Sales, Legal and Trade Finance
- Set project scope, project schedule and cost baseline for execution
- Prepare main internal documents for order booking
- Make sure that required Health & Safety standards are being met
- Manage Internal /External Kick Off Meeting and all processes as per Quote To Cash Equipment either in precontracting and in execution
- Perform Risk management and ensure risk response plan/mitigations are in place for all critical projects
- Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes
- Feed and update project management reporting tools
- Archive documents, offers and project files as per Sidel rules and database
- Manage, support and coach the assigned team, driving the relevant competence development & utilization. Eliminate roadblocks for the team
- Support the team in managing scope changes without affecting the baselined objectives and benefits, resolve conflicts
- Ensure project deliverables, including on-site activities are being completed within the project baselined cost and schedule
- Collect Lessons Learned and
share them with the main stakeholders
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluent level of English
- PMI certification is a plus
Required
experience and skills:
- Proven experience in project management
- Min 5 years’ experience in precontracting in a comparable industry
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and capability to interact with System Design for layout definition
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet customer deadline
- Capable to work in parallel on different projects
- Able to work with remote management
- Ability to manage a project team
- Knowledge of project financials
- Available to travel up to 50% of the time
